ctaya Terms & Conditions

1 Eligibility

To register and maintain a ctaya account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, which is the minimum legal age for casino-style online gambling under PAGCOR regulations in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gambling services is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of ctaya complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close relative of ctaya, its affiliates, or any third-party game provider supplying content to the ctaya Platform.
• You must not be self-excluded from ctaya or from any other regulated gambling platform in the Philippines under a PAGCOR self-exclusion order.
• You must not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, including but not limited to the United States, United Kingdom (without appropriate licence), and territories subject to international sanctions.
• You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date throughout the life of your ctaya account.

ctaya reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point. Failure to meet or maintain any of the above requirements may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any associated balance.

2 Account Registration

To access the full range of ctaya gaming and betting services, you must create an account at ctaya.net. The following rules apply to ctaya account registration and ongoing account management:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one ctaya account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• One account per household / IP address: Where multiple accounts are detected originating from the same household, device, or IP address, ctaya reserves the right to investigate and, where abuse is confirmed, close all but the original verified account.
• Accurate information: All registration details must be accurate and match your government-issued identification. False information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ctaya username and password. You must not share your ctaya account credentials with any third party. ctaya will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Notification of unauthorized access: If you suspect that your ctaya account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ctaya support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
• Account currency: ctaya accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified.

ctaya reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: ctaya accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All deposit methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits, which are displayed on the ctaya cashier page at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your ctaya wallet in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment provider. ctaya does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by ctaya subject to the following conditions:

• Your ctaya account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the ctaya cashier page.
• ctaya will generally process withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• ctaya reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued ID, proof of payment method, and source of funds declaration.
• Funds that have been credited as bonus funds and are subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

ctaya offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all ctaya promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Promotions are available to eligible ctaya account holders who have completed identity verification. Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria, which may include minimum deposit amounts, specific payment methods, or account activity requirements.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the specified time period will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirement completion on ctaya. Live dealer games, table games, and certain specialty games may contribute at a lower percentage than slots. Specific contribution rates are listed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse: ctaya has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements, or using software tools to exploit bonus mechanics. ctaya reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and winnings and close accounts where abuse is detected.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Certain ctaya promotions carry a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap, where applicable, is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• ctaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5 Gameplay Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming and betting activity conducted through the ctaya Platform:

• Game rules: Each game available on ctaya is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
• Minimum and maximum bets: All ctaya games have minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. ctaya reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
• Technical errors: In the event of a technical error, server failure, or interrupted connection during gameplay, ctaya's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of any wager affected. ctaya's determination in such circumstances is final. Wagers affected by a confirmed technical malfunction on ctaya's side will be voided and stakes returned.
• Sports betting: All sports bets placed on ctaya are governed by ctaya's sportsbook rules, which are available within the ctaya sportsbook interface. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms and the sportsbook rules, the sportsbook rules shall prevail for sports betting matters.
• Game provider rules: Certain games on ctaya are provided by third-party suppliers. Where those providers publish additional game-specific rules, those rules apply in addition to these Terms.
• Void bets: ctaya reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, as a result of a system fault, or where it is determined that the bet was placed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ctaya Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human tools to interact with the ctaya Platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting in live dealer games.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the ctaya Platform's software, systems, or security measures.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking service to circumvent geographic or account restrictions on the ctaya Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity using the ctaya Platform or ctaya account.
• Depositing funds obtained through unauthorized use of another person's payment method or financial account.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any other activity intended to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event on which wagers are placed on ctaya.
• Registering or operating more than one ctaya account, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Sharing account credentials with another person, or accessing another person's ctaya account without their express authorization.
• Providing false or misleading information to ctaya at any point, including during registration, KYC verification, or customer support interactions.

7 Privacy & Data

ctaya collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at ctaya.net/privacy-policy. By creating a ctaya account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key points regarding ctaya's handling of your personal data include:

• ctaya collects personal information including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
• ctaya does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers only where necessary for platform operation, regulatory compliance, or payment processing.
• ctaya retains personal data for the period required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law, which may extend beyond the closure of your ctaya account.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ctaya Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of ctaya or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ctaya Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the ctaya Platform without express written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any ctaya Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the ctaya Platform.
• Use the ctaya brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent from ctaya.

Any unauthorized use of ctaya intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your access to the Platform and may give rise to legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ctaya's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the ctaya Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ctaya account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ctaya shall not be liable to you for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, even if ctaya has been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of gaming opportunity arising from Platform downtime, technical error, or scheduled maintenance.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information or game results displayed on the ctaya Platform where a technical error has subsequently been identified.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages.
• Losses arising from events outside ctaya's reasonable control, including acts of God, internet service disruptions, or actions of third-party payment processors.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ctaya's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10 Termination

Termination by you: You may close your ctaya account at any time by contacting ctaya customer support via live chat on ctaya.net. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your ctaya wallet (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC and AML verification requirements.

Termination by ctaya: ctaya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct provisions, and bonus abuse policy.
• Failure to complete or pass identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct involving your ctaya account.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or from a regulatory authority.
• Reasonable suspicion that your ctaya account is being operated by or on behalf of a person other than the registered account holder.
• A regulatory requirement or court order requiring ctaya to restrict or close your account.

Where ctaya terminates your account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance in your account will be returned to you. Where termination results from a breach of these Terms, ctaya may forfeit the balance at its discretion, subject to applicable Philippine law.

11 Responsible Gaming

ctaya is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the Platform. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take seriously our obligation to minimize the risk of gambling-related harm to our players and the wider Filipino community.

ctaya provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are available within your ctaya account settings:

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all matters arising from or connected with your use of the ctaya Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and ctaya in connection with these Terms or the ctaya Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting ctaya customer support. ctaya will use reasonable efforts to address your concern within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint.

If informal resolution is not achieved, any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Where the dispute involves a regulatory matter, the PAGCOR dispute resolution process may apply.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the ctaya Platform or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be permanently barred.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The failure of ctaya to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms, together with ctaya's Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ctaya with respect to your use of the ctaya Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations relating to the same subject matter.
